I cannot sign in to Trakt.
Check that you can sign in on trakt.tv in Safari, then start again from Watchin. If Trakt has an outage, its status is posted on its support site.
My library is not up to date.
Pull down to refresh. Actions taken offline reach Trakt as soon as the network is back; a badge shows the ones still waiting.
I do not get new episode reminders.
In Settings → Notifications → Watchin, check that notifications are allowed, then check that reminders are on in Watchin’s settings.
How do I erase my data from the device?
Watchin settings → Sign out: the Trakt token is revoked and the local copy of your data is deleted. Deleting the app removes the rest.
How do I delete my Trakt account?
The account belongs to Trakt: delete it from your account settings on trakt.tv. Watchin has no account of its own to delete.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases made on the App Store are billed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
